Leanne Prentice

Leanne qualified as a chartered accountant with the National Audit Office in 2009.

At Whale Rock Leanne specialises in providing outsourced in-house financial control for international AIM listed groups and SMEs. This includes implementation of month end procedures, production of management accounts and board packs, budgeting and forecasting, providing ad hoc assistance to the Finance Director, and managing the audit process on the clients behalf.

Leanne has extensive knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and overseas consolidations including preparation of year end and interim accounts.

Leanne is experienced in implementing effective financial systems and accounting internal controls in AIM listed companies and SMEs and is technically skilled in the used of SunSystems and Sage.
