Limor Gonen

Limor studied law at the University of Manchester and qualified as a solicitor in 2003 with Berwin Leighton Paisner, a top 20 law firm in the City of London. Before joining Whale Rock in 2007, she gained valuable experience with London-based law firm, Lane & Partners LLP, now merged with international law firm Bird & Bird.

She advises individuals and companies on the formation, administration and statutory compliance of companies in the UK and offshore and brings in-depth knowledge of company law and its interaction with company secretarial aspects. Her clients include private companies, partnerships, charities, listed companies and subsidiaries of large multinationals.

Limor leads Whale Rock Company Secretariat with a focus on offering first class tailored and efficient services to the company’s clients. A key priority for Limor is to ensure that she and her team members are always up to date and fully briefed on the latest legal, statutory and regulatory developments.
