Elliot trained and qualified at Linklaters. He has also worked in-house and spent the last five years as a corporate partner at Nabarro LLP.

Elliot specialises in mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies and undertakes a full range of transactional work for corporate clients and financial institutions.

His experience includes acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, AIM admissions and fundraisings, contested and uncontested takeovers and multi-jurisdictional M&A.

Elliot's experience is particularly in the Defence industry, the natural resources public markets and also the financial service sector.
