Formerly with a top 10 firm, Gareth's has had substantial experience in advising private entrepreneurial companies in a broad range of sectors, including technology, property, manufacturing and retail.

Thereafter he graduated into Transaction Services and contributed to a number of successful admissions to the AiM market between 2005 and 2010, together with a considerable amount of private equity engaged investigation and due diligence work.

It was during this period that Gareth developed his experience within the natural resources sector, carrying out investigations on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Supreme Petroleum Council and AiM transactional work for mining and resource companies.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Gareth also holds the Corporate Finance designation (CF) with the ICAEW.

At Whale Rock Gareth specialises in advising dynamic private and listed companies on complex technical and reporting issues as well as providing a menu of transaction support services.
