Helen Liu, Attorney at Law

Helen is qualified as an attorney at law and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Prior to joining Whale Rock, Helen worked for multiple international law firms, including three top-tier US firms and a magic circle law firm. Her experience was gained in working on commercial, insolvency and financial litigation matters. She is also experienced in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters.

Helen has also spent over three years working on financial transactions, corporate restructurings and general corporate/commercial issues. In particular, Helen has in-depth experience in derivatives, structured products and asset and loan trading. She has also worked on developing portfolios of financial products and establishing complex financial structures.
