Kelly joined Whale Rock in March 2010.

Kelly is experienced in the formation of companies, both UK and offshore companies. Entities include private companies, partnerships, charities and public companies. She is also experienced in drafting various board and members' resolutions, dealing with the declaration and payment of dividends and the issuance and transfer of shares.

Kelly assists with the administration, formation and statutory maintenance of companies. She has vast knowledge of our in-house company compliance system which enables us to keep all statutory records up to date, ensuring deadlines are always met.
