Our legal professionals are led by Nigel Kushner, founder of Whale Rock Legal, who qualified at Clyde & Co in 1998 and specialises in international trade, commercial contracts and litigation. Our team all trained in big city law firms and carry with them a vast array of specialisms and industry experience.

Through our relationship with Whale Rock Accounting and Whale Rock Company Secretariat, we also offer access to accountancy and corporate governance expertise.
