Lucy trained at Denton Wilde Sapte LLP, where she gained broad experience on a number of large corporate, infrastructure and finance deals.

These included assisting with several acquisition and dispositions for Shell, asset purchases for RBS and working to achieve the acquittal of a small company facing criminal charges in a multi-party health and safety case.

At Whale Rock Legal, Lucy continues to work on company and corporate law issues as well as litigation, property and employment matters.
