The company was established in 2007 following the acquisition of the company secretarial division of Lawrence Graham LLP, for whom we remain the sole provider of these services. Since then, the company has grown significantly and has invested in the latest IT systems to ensure we provide the highest level of service. Our client base includes private companies, partnerships, listed entities, charities and subsidiaries of large multinationals.
Our focus is on ‘being part of the team’. When acting for any of our clients, we take an inhouse perspective and build relationships with staff and management alike that allow us to service and advise with the clients’ interests at the front of our mind.
