Whale Rock Legal aims to provide experienced, commercially aware lawyers at a reasonable cost. We achieve this by managing our overheads so that our clients only pay for resources they need and through our realistic income expectations. We aim to build long-term professional relationships, allowing clients to benefit from the continuity of a personal contact in whose judgement they trust.
The company was established in 2008 and has grown rapidly since its inception. Our client base includes entrepreneurial start-ups, private companies, listed entities, subsidiaries of large multinationals and high net worth individuals. Our focus is on ‘being part of the team’. When acting for any of our clients, we take an inhouse perspective and build relationships with staff and management alike that allow us to advise with the clients’ interests at the forefront of our mind.
Whale Rock Legal Limited (WRLL) is regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Society ("SRA"). Although independent from the main group of companies, WRLL was established with the same principles and high professional standards of the accountancy body.
