Accountants required
Salary £38,000 - £75,000 depending on experience (plus significant uncapped bonus potential and equity purchase opportunities)
To enable us to service an ever growing demand from our clients we have opportunities to provide accounting solutions and financial management for our diverse client base (ranging from LSE quoted, international groups to private entities).
We are looking for talented individuals who are either newly qualified accountants as well as more experienced accountants from either business or practice to be Associate Directors. Your responsibilities may include financial modelling and forecasting, management accounts, due diligence, IFRS conversions and technical accounting, audit preparation and the implementation and documentation of controls and procedures.
You should have excellent technical and commercial skills as well as the ability to work within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment. You should also have an interest in marketing the firm and its services. You should be self motivated, able to manage multiple projects, be a confident communicator and have strong analytical skills. Junior Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE)

As part of our strategic business expansion, we are seeking a junior solicitor up to 3 years PQE.
You will be commercially aware, have a flair for marketing and will be seeking a refreshing challenge. In house experience is desirable but not a pre-requisite.

Consulting Opportunities for lawyers
Whale Rock Legal Limited is a niche legal practice in the City of London. As part of our strategic business expansion we are seeking lawyers to join us in a consulting capacity. You will have:
- Minimum 5 years' pqe
- A client base (one or two clients who give you regular work should produce a reasonable income)
Your circumstances:
- Existing consultants seeking an enhanced package
- Victims of the credit crunch, requiring a temporary home to service their clients whilst seeking the right position
- Semi-retired practitioners or mums/dads at home with young children requiring a work life balance
