Robert Sprawson, senior consultant

Robert, who joined Whale Rock Legal in 2009, qualified as a solicitor in 1968 and has worked in London-based private practice throughout his career. His wide-ranging experience has been gained principally in the corporate and commercial sphere, much of it property-related, and including work for overseas clients or with an international element.

For many years Robert was a partner and latterly the managing partner of Fox & Gibbons, an international practice with six overseas offices, mainly in the Middle East.

He has advised corporations and individuals on business activities and investments in the UK and other jurisdictions, including advice on a wide range of corporate and contractual matters, in recent years particularly for Eastern European clients.
